A highly experienced corporate executive, Michael has built his career managing foreign investment interests across procurement, mergers and acquisitions, and asset management. His work has supported the strategic deployment and management of capital across private, public, government, and non-profit sectors. His advisory experience is grounded in cross-border corporate law, economics, and the practical realities of operating in complex regulatory environments.

Based in Bali and Jakarta, Michael draws on his international career and his own experience establishing and operating PT PMA structures in Indonesia. He supports foreign individuals and businesses navigating market entry, investment structuring, and operational setup, providing clarity across legal, commercial, and regulatory considerations.

Michael works closely with clients as they move from initial exploration through to informed decision-making and execution. His role is to ensure that businesses, investments, and relocations are structured correctly from the outset, with a clear understanding of risk, compliance, and long-term sustainability.

Her work is grounded in the practical realities of bringing opportunities to market, ensuring that commercial structure, positioning, and delivery remain closely aligned.

Operating across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Indonesia, Rachelle has been involved in the development and scaling of multiple ventures, including property-related projects, education initiatives, and cross-border commercial undertakings. This breadth of experience has given her a clear understanding of how strategy translates into outcomes across differing regulatory, cultural, and commercial environments.

Within Gateway Consulting, Rachelle plays a key role in supporting market engagement, investment positioning, and project coordination.
