"Seeing what Gateway has produced, the expansion they have managed and the efforts they are making are all to be highly commended. There is a real situation in Indonesia where visitors get swept up in the opportunities and beauty of the country and are sometimes offered interesting land or investments here. It is so important to use a notary, or people like Gateway if a very large investment is contemplated. Yes, it does happen in countries worldwide, however the emotion with the potential here sometimes has investors making quick decisions. Always do your due diligence thoroughly rather than becoming a victim of unethical behaviour by sellers. Talk to other expats (not just one) and make sure your paperwork meets legal requirements. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gateway Consulting but always be your own judge of any opportunity, they will help you with guidance which I believe can be trusted, however the decision must be yours alone.
